AD Habanero Garlic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • Red Wine Vin - 1 cup
  • White Wine Vin - 1 cup
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
  • 1 Habanero
First peel the garlic, and wash off the pepper. Next, stab a couple holes into the pepper. 

Get a pan big enough to hold the 2 cups on vinegar. Heat the vinegar but do not boil. Once the vinegar is hot, pour it into a Tupperware container. Add the garlic and pepper and close the lid. Set aside for 1 month. 

This garlic vinegar is awesome as a salad dressing (Just add some evoo, balsamic vinegar, s & p, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until combined)
